The company was conceptualized, formed, and successfully executed in the business city of India, i.e., Ahmedabad in 1976. It was established as a family business specializing in the repair and servicing of transformers and allied equipment, under the visionary leadership of Mr. Rajendra M. Doshi. At that time, there was a vacuum in South Gujarat for professional transformer repair facilities, and Trans Electro filled this critical gap by providing reliable, high-quality repair and servicing solutions.
In 1993, the company strategically relocated its operations to the Gundlav Industrial Township near Valsad. This moves expanded service capabilities with a larger, state-of-the-art facility and ensured faster delivery and response time for clients.
In 2005, Mr. Siddharth R. Doshi, representing the third generation of leadership, joined the business. He brought with him modern practices, innovative technologies, and a stronger customer-first approach, positioning the company for rapid growth and long-term sustainability.
